I am a 17 year old boy who has enjoyed arts and crafts for as long as I can remember. I am enrolled in Elizabeth Ann Seton home schooling and spend much of my free time carving and turning wood. I have always enjoyed birds and bird watching and have just started carving birds over the last few years.
I was fortunate enough to be interviewed by Scott Phillips, the host of PBS’s American Woodshop while displaying some pieces at the Artistry in Wood event in Dayton, Ohio.
Here is the link.
I have also been interviewed and featured in our local newspaper in December of 2019.

Below, I had a piece featured in a the Wildfowl Carving Magazine virtual competition event in 2020. I had plans on entering the Ward World Carving Competition, but with the effects of Covid-19 most events were postponed. I entered this piece as a part of their virtual event.
